Schade hats in berlin nicht ganz geklappt mit nem neuen PB (wenn ich die Ergebnisse richtig gesehen habe). Nächste perfekte Gelegenheit wäre wohl der Coupe des Dauphins in Genf. :-)

AntwortenLöschenin meinen Augen hat es mehr als gut geklappt mit dem PB. Ich war so hin und wech, dass ich nicht nur die 100m + Wende gemacht hatte, dass ich das ganze OP durch an nichts anderes dachte als, wie weit bin ich von der Wand wech? Nahm also meine Maske und Nasenklammer ab, gab ein OK-Zeichen und sagte: "OK".
Dann realisierte ich gleich, dass das nicht OK war und schoss ein "I am OK." hinterher, aber da wars schon zu spät. Rote Karte... aber das hat mich nicht davon abgehalten wie ein junger Gott in der Gegend herum zu springen und meine 110m zu feiern. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich bei 100m eine Wende gemacht hab!!!
Ausführlicher Bericht folgt heute abend, hoffe ich.
Hab auch einen PB in 16x50 aufgestellt. 19:50 min. Alles dank der neuen Technik.

When you have learned a bit about the technique it is the best feeling you can have in the water.
AntwortenLöschenBi-finning is a mer means of transportation then. While monofinning becomes a joyfull play with the water.
You might have to invest half a year into mono technique, though. And I suggest you take a course.
In my opinion is it MUCH more fun to swim with, both for competitions, training and fun diving. So if you like freediving, I'd definatly recommend you to get a monofin sooner or later. Just get some advice so you buy the right one:)
